Seller – Merchant of Record All orders placed on the Sofascore Store website are fulfilled exclusively by GRAFITI BECKER d.o.o. ("Seller") as merchant of record. Sofascore is not involved in order fulfilment or delivery.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to Croatia and internationally to selected countries. The full list of countries we ship to is displayed at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@becker.hr before placing an order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside the Seller's control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@becker.hr.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@becker.hr and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note that the Seller is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside the Seller's reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds

In summary:
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Customers located in the EU, UK, Norway and Liechtenstein are entitled to a full refund including the original outbound shipping cost, in accordance with their statutory right of withdrawal.
- Customers located in other territories are entitled to a refund of the purchase price minus the original outbound shipping cost, under the Seller's voluntary return policy.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- To initiate a return or exchange, complete the Return Request Form (also attached to the Return and Refund Policy) and ship the item to the address provided in that Policy. Prior authorisation is not required.
