This Return and Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Seller's Terms and Conditions of Sale. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All products on the Sofascore Store website are sold exclusively by GRAFITI BECKER d.o.o. ("Seller") as merchant of record. This Return and Refund Policy governs your rights and obligations in connection with returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from the Seller via the Sofascore Store website.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway or Liechtenstein, this 14-day period reflects your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law (see Section 6 below).
If you are located outside the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway and Liechtenstein, the same 14-day period applies as the Seller's voluntary return policy, with the conditions described in Section 3 below.
Return shipping costs (i.e. the cost of sending the item back to the Seller) are borne by you, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.
The original outbound shipping cost (i.e. the shipping cost you paid at checkout) is treated differently depending on your location and the type of return — see Sections 3 and 6 below.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn, unused and undamaged;
- have all original tags attached;
- be in its original packaging; and
- be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
a) Returns for refund
If you wish to return your item for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Return Request Form attached to this Policy as a PDF file.
- Pack the item securely together with the completed Return Request Form and proof of purchase.
- Ship the package to the Seller's address listed below. Return shipping costs are borne by you and are non-refundable.
The Return Request Form must be fully completed and included in the package - returns received without it may be delayed or rejected.
Once the Seller receives your package, the items will be inspected in accordance with the eligibility conditions in Section 2. If the return is accepted, the refund amount depends on your location:

Customers located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway or Liechtenstein exercising their statutory right of withdrawal will receive a full refund including the original outbound shipping cost, in accordance with Section 6 below.
- Customers located in any other territory will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus the original outbound shipping cost that you paid at checkout, in accordance with the Seller's voluntary return policy.
If the return is not accepted (e.g. the item does not meet the eligibility conditions), the Seller will notify you by email and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
b) Exchanges for a different size or colour
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same model, please follow the same procedure:
- Complete the Return Request Form, ticking the "Exchange" option and clearly indicating the desired size and/or colour.
- Pack the item securely together with the completed form.
- Ship the package to the Seller's address listed below. You cover the shipping cost for returning the item; the Seller covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
Once the Seller receives and inspects your return, the replacement item in the requested size or colour will be shipped to you free of charge, provided the requested variant is in stock. If the requested variant is unavailable, the Seller will contact you to arrange either a refund (in accordance with subsection (a) above) or an alternative solution.

4. DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@becker.hr with your order number and a description and photographs of the issue, so that we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the event of a defective or incorrect item, the Seller will bear the cost of return shipping.
5. EXCEPTIONS – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
- custom or personalised products (such as special orders made to your specifications);
- personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products);
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
- sale items and gift cards.

6. EUROPEAN UNION – STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
European Union, United Kingdom, Norway and Liechtenstein – 14-day statutory right of withdrawal
This Section sets out your statutory rights under EU and UK consumer protection law. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway or Liechtenstein, the 14-day return period in Section 1 reflects this statutory right of withdrawal, and you are entitled to a full refund including the original outbound shipping cost (subject to the conditions below).
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway or Liechtenstein, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date on which you or a third party designated by you receives the item, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, you must notify the Seller of your decision by submitting the Return Request Form (attached to this Policy as a PDF file) or by sending a clear written statement to support@becker.hr before the 14-day period expires.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received – unworn, unused, with original tags and in original packaging – together with proof of purchase.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard option offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller is informed of your decision to withdraw. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned item or until you have provided proof of return shipment.
Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.
Other territories
For customers located outside the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway and Liechtenstein, your statutory rights under the applicable laws of your country of residence remain unaffected by this Policy. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide for a right of withdrawal or return, those rights apply in addition to this Policy. If you are unsure about your rights, we encourage you to contact us at support@becker.hr or to seek advice from your local consumer protection authority.
7. EXCHANGES
The Seller offers exchanges for a different size or colour of the same model. The procedure for exchanges is set out in Section 3(b) above.
Exchanges for different products (i.e. not a size variation of the same item) are not processed directly. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please initiate a return for refund in accordance with Section 3(a) and place a new order for the desired product.
8. REFUNDS
Once the Seller has received and inspected your returned item, you will be notified by email whether your return has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the Seller approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@becker.hr.
